IMO Plantroom 15 Roof Re-waterproofing Works
Notice Description
The works comprise of the supply and installation of re-waterproofing systems to the roof over plantroom 15 and the floor of the 4th floor plantroom at the International Maritime Organization (IMO), 4 Albert Embankment, London SE1 7SR. The objectives of this project include the re-waterproofing of the above stated areas to prevent the water ingress currently experienced in plantroom 15, and improve the level of flood protection offered by the floor covering in the 4th floor plantroom. The works needs to be coordinated with the on-going building use to ensure that no disruption is caused to the occupants. The project is to be delivered on time and within budget. To view the ITT and other relevant documentation, interested parties should sign up to the AWARD portal. All clarification questions and correspondence, including Tender submissions, will go through this portal. To register for the AWARD Portal please email Jenny Turvey (jenny.turvey@dft.gsi.gov.uk) with your named single point of contact and their respective email address. They will then receive an email with their log-in details for the AWARD portal. Note that this contract will be carried out under DfT Conditions of Contract, attached below.
