Turing House fit out works

Notice Description

Undertake the balance of the fit out works within an existing and occupied school facility. These works include, but are not limited to: 1) converting existing space on the third floor into classrooms; 2) fitting out of existing spaces on ground floor level, for school use. The contractor's methodology MUST include for working within occupied buildings, and have due cognisance for the working environment in which the end user operates. The successful contractor will need to work around the school operator's business needs to be considered for this project, and demonstrate such successfully on previous projects. The works require completion during the 2017 school summer holiday period. Additional information: The uploaded hand amended general arrangement drawings show the type of work required under this expression of interest. These works will be required to be undertaken during both the term time and holiday periods. Expressions of interest are only required from companies who are able to work in school occupied buildings, and are flexible in their approach to work around end users from within the education sector.
