London Borough of Waltham Forest is seeking to undertake an economic markets foresight analysis in the context of Waltham Forest, supporting the Council to gain a comprehensive, detailed, up to date and accurate understanding and knowledge of the Borough's business base and economic position. In addition, it will inform the development of new 5 year Economic Development Strategy to develop and realise the potential of its strengths and assets in relation to changing local, regional and global markets (emergent industries, sectors, cross-sector technologies, spaces). Additional information: The intention is to publish this tender opportunity on the Waltham Forest dynamic purchasing system for specialist professional services next week. In order to gain access to the procurement documents and to submit a tender, you must be an approved supplier on the DPS.
