Notice Title

GB-London: 002138 Legal Advice Services

Notice Description

The British Library is seeking to create a single supplier framework type arrangement via the Light Touch Regime (LTR) for services listed under Schedule 3 of PCR2015 allowing the BL to quickly and cost effectively call down expert legal advice and services on an as-and-when-required basis from an external partner to support the BL in-house legal team in delivering in-scope legal advice. The framework arrangement itself will contain no contractual commitment on any party for the provision of any particular quantity nor involve any commitment to purchase but will serve to commonly specify the terms and conditions of contract that will apply when specific work-packages are called down. Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
