Fire Risk Assessments 2024 Flats/Communal Blocks
Notice Description
South Derbyshire District Council have 26 sites and 89 Blocks of Flats across the district. The blocks are between 1 and 3 storeys. We also have a number of single storey community centres, of which two have a first floor flats located above and one which is part of one of our larger blocks. The residents are predominately general needs. Log into the DSFS Atamis portal where the RFQ document can be downloaded using the below link https://dsfs-ltd.co.uk/become-a-supplier/ Once logged in go to find opportunities
