Notice Description

Newcastle University makes extensive use of Microsoft's software solutions to deliver services to staff and students. These solutions are provided via Microsoft's Enrolment for Education Solutions ("EES") agreement. The University's current EES for provision of Microsoft licensing was due to expire on 31 May 2021 and the University was seeking a supplier to ensure continuity of service by provision of a further EES agreement to provide licensing for 3 years from 1 June 2021 to 31 May 2024. Procurement was conducted via further competition in accordance with the Southern Universities Purchasing Consortium ("SUPC") Software Licence Resellers Agreement ("SLRA") Lot 1
