Notice Description

The Project known as Phase 1 Utility Infrastructure Works Package comprises the following: Section 1 - Rugby Club House Section 2 - Onsite Main Utilities Infrastructure Section 3 - Offsite Main Utilities Infrastructure An outline planning application was submitted to Rochford District Council (15/00776/OUT) and permission was granted on the 14 March 2016. The Project is to provide new utility supplies to serve the proposed development including all contestable and the management of the non-contestable works. As part of the phase 1 works, utility infrastructure service provisions are to be established, including Electrical, Gas, and Water and Telecommunication infrastructure services. Each utility infrastructure service (contractor's proposals) is to be designed to the Employers Requirements and in accordance with the projected capacity demands of the Phase 1 development area, and consider suitable capacity provisions for the on-going development phases. As part of the design development process, careful consideration should be given to the short, medium and long term capacity projections. Tenderers must express their interest and confirm an intention to bid in order to receive Clarification Questions and responses to Clarification Questions. All clarifications to tender queries will have company names removed and will be circulated to all tenderers unless the tenderer submitting the Request for Information/Clarification Questions indicates that this is commercially sensitive in the e-mail subject.
