"Contract for the provision of ICT Services for the National Offender Management Service in particular for HM Prison Services and NOMS HQ with HPES UK Ltd. The contract will be for a period of up to three years with options to extend by 2 further periods of 12 months and will deliver a whole range of end-to-end ICT services. Contract value is BAFO price + Phoenix charges from CCN 02/ Annual value is contract value divided by three."
