Durham County Council (DCC) Occupational Health Service (OHS) is an 'in house' service employing a total of ten medical/clinical and administration staff who provide a full range of occupational health services to all DCC employees and Local Authority Maintained Schools, in additional to a number of external organisations. The OHS is currently operating a paper-based system and is seeking to increase efficiency whilst reducing longer-term costs in relation to its records management by the introduction of OHS Software.
