Expertise in designing unique brands targeting young people? Experience building websites that engage users? We would love to hear from you! The Big Lottery funded HeadStart programme is committed to the delivery of evidence based approaches which promote emotional resilience in 10-16 year olds at risk of developing mental health difficulties. The London Borough of Newham's HeadStart programme is seeking bids for the development of a unique brand that creates a clear identity among our target audience(s). In addition, we wish to commission the design and build of a public facing website that will function as part of a wider effort to support and engage our target population over the life of the five year contract.
