Notice Description

Health Education England (HEE - the Commissioner) are putting out this notice as a VEAT with a view to completing a Direct Award. Please note that this is not a Tender opportunity, and that the contracting authority intends to direct award the contract to the following provider to support the emotional and psychological needs of the neonatal workforce. This is to ensure the professional body will contribute their specialist clinical expertise to develop a suite of learning modules to support the emotional and psychological needs of the neonatal workforce. And to empower clinical psychologists to provide a psychological influence and perspective to improve the wellbeing and quality of life of service users and the general public. Heath Education England (HEE) believe that the Association of Clinical Psychologists UK (ACP-UK) are the only supplier that has the requisite expertise, experience, and capacity to support the emotional and psychological needs of the neonatal workforce The financial envelope for the contract is PS21,600 for the duration of four (4) months expiring 31st March 2023. If any provider has concerns with the commissioning intentions outlined within the published documentation, please raise this via the e-Tendering Portal in the first instance within 10 days of the date of this Prior Information Notice.
