Notice Description

The purpose of The ITT pack is to offer potential bidders the opportunity to respond to the request of The Authority requirements to provide an integrated health and social care service for mental health. The Health Service will be referred as Crisis Cafe through the remainder of ITT Guidance Notes Page 7 of 17 the document. The Trust is seeking to appoint a Service Provider who has a proven track record in working with healthcare organisations who operate out of multiple sites. The Crisis Cafe will serve as an alternative point for patients to seek assistance where A&E admission is not required. The sanctuary will support those experiencing a mental crisis, people whose needs are escalating to a crisis point and/or experiencing a crisis. The Crisis Cafe will provide value by reducing volume of A&E admissions out of hours and detention under S136 for patients in crisis.
