Please submit prices for ITEMS YOU ARE ABLE TO SUPPLY the Trust (some may not be in your range) for a 3 year Contract from October 2018. Please state in Notes the PERIOD YOU ARE ABLE FIX PRICES - min. first 12 months. Any price amendments after the first 12 months of the contract will need to be in line with RPI. Prices offered will be benchmarked using NHS Improvement PPIB tool to ensure we pay the best price. We expect to be offered prices in line with other NHS Trusts.
