Notice Description

The Council is tendering for a contract for the production of a Conservation Area Appraisal for Wednesbury's Market Place conservation area. The Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990 places a duty on Local Planning Authorities to consider the designation of Conservation Areas, proposals for their enhancement and their subsequent ongoing management. Conservation Area Appraisals are a mechanism for reviewing a conservation area designation. An appraisal should describe the features which make up a conservation area's special character and identify potential for enhancement. The Council will be using the In-tend e-Tendering System for this Procurement exercise, please visit https://in-tendhost.co.uk/sandwellmbc to access the Sandwell MBC In-tend Supplier Portal. From here you will be able to register your company, express an interest in the opportunity, and gain immediate access to the Quotation document or other related documents. In Order To View a On-Line Questionnaire (if applicable) or Submit a Quotation, you will be required to' Opt-In'.
