This is niche provision only deliverable via the Ladder brand and it provides synergy with other business support initiatives including the recently launched Staffordshire Jobs & Careers Brokerage Service. The Ladder brand is a unique quality based national initiative which has no competition and has been successfully operating for the last 6 years. The County Council is only making a grant contribution to the initiative hence why a contract for services would not be applicable.
