Bidder Event - Management and Improvement of the Public Toilet Provision in Torbay DATE: Monday 7th December 2015 10:00 - 13:00 VENUE: Torbay Council, Town Hall, Torquay TQ1 3DR The Authority is undertaking market research into the possible solutions and innovative ideas around the management and improvement of the public toilet provision in Torbay. The aim of this review is to come up with a business case for a proposal that can demonstrate cashable savings to the cost of the current service being provided. Information regarding the current public toilet provision within Torbay can be found at: http://www.torbay.gov.uk/index/yourbay/environment/streets/publictoilets This event is aimed at giving providers the opportunity to present and discuss their proposed solutions with the Project Board. Understanding that following this event, whatever way forward is decided will be subject to a public procurement tender process.
