Homes England wish to appoint a contractor to undertake the asbestos removal, site clearance and demolition works to allow development of the land the former detention centre at Hassockfield, County Durham. The major elements of the works will comprise the demolition, deconstruction and safe removal/disposal. Additional information: The opportunity can be accessed via the Homes England eTendering system. Tenderers wishing to be considered for this contract must register their expression of interest and submit a tender through the Homes England eTendering system.
