Summary of the contracting process

The Home Office has initiated a tender process for the "EU Settlement Scheme Grant Funding" opportunity. The funding, totalling £3 million, aims to support vulnerable EU citizens in applying for the EU Settlement Scheme for the 2023-2024 and 2024-2025 financial years. The process will involve separate Lots for the UK nations and UK-wide coverage, with a bidding launch scheduled for early May 2023. Interested organisations must express their interest in attending a teleconference by April 27, 2023, at 12:00, to learn more about the funding, bidding process, and application details.

This tender opportunity presents a chance for Voluntary and Community Sector (VCS) organisations to assist vulnerable EU citizens and their families with applying to the EU Settlement Scheme. Businesses accredited to OISC Levels 1 and 2 can compete for grants ranging from £1 million to £1.5 million for the respective financial years. The Home Office will provide continuity funding to existing grant-funded organisations until June 2023. Interested parties should register on the Home Office Jaggaer eSourcing Portal to participate in the competitive process and ensure they have a valid DUNS number for contract eligibility.
