Notice Title

Engaging Disabled People to Transform Health & Care Services

Notice Description

The council, on behalf of Tower Hamlets Together wishes to commission a suitably qualified and experienced disability-led community organisation to work with the council and Tower Hamlets Together partners on a strategic level to inform and shape the types of services on offer for disabled residents in the borough. The service will have two elements to it: strategic partnership and coproduction. For the strategic partnership element, the service will inform, shape and take a lead in decision making and co-designing services to benefit disabled residents. The second element of this service is ensuring that THT and the Council's coproduction work is genuinely inclusive and effective, and that the 'voices' of disabled residents in the borough are heard.
