The purpose of this Soft Market Testing exercise is to: i) Understand the market's knowledge of a Housing First model. ii) Understand levels of interest in participation for the delivery of a housing first specialist rough sleeper support in the Royal Borough of Kingston. iii) Hear your feedback and suggestions on a delivery model to implement the specialist rough sleeper support element of the Housing First model.
