NE Procurement Ltd (NEP) is conducting this procurement on behalf of Tyne Housing Association Tyne Housing Association intends to appoint a Service provider to carry-out the Servicing and Maintenance of its Lifts under an agreement. Tyne Housing Association reserves the right to increase or decrease the number of properties that will apply to this agreement.
