Notice Description
The award of the contract is lawful in accordance with regulation 32 of the Public Contract Regulations 2015 (as amended) as competition is absent for the following reasons. The services can only be provided by one provider. Norfolk County Council wished to expand provision of accommodation to vulnerable adults from 24 to 32 units at the same location.
