Creation of New Meeting Spaces (in the 2 Atriums) with associated electrical and mechanical works, and refurbishment of existing ground floor reception (including DDA compliance works) at Trinity House, Ashford Kent. This is an office site. KCHFT would currently like potential suppliers to express their interest in this opportunity which will be completed via the Due North (Procontract) e-procurement portal. Once suppliers have expressed their interest, all ITT Documents will be sent to them via the Due North portal on Monday February 19 2018. If you are not already registered on the Due North Portal, please see the following link to register. https://procontract.due-north.com/Register The Due North project id for this opportunity is DN323055. Bidders must be Constructionline registered with 'verified' status. A Site visit will be held week commencing February 19. A JCT Intermediate Building Contract will be applied to these works.
