Summary of the contracting process

Notice Description

The Ministry of Justice (the "Authority") is seeking to establish a multi-lot framework for the provision of education services to those in custody in England - the Prison Education Framework (PEF). The PEF will comprise of 17 Lots . Up to five (5) suppliers will be appointed per Lot. Broadly, one call off competition will be conducted in respect of each Lot and one call off contract will be awarded per Lot to a single supplier. Suppliers appointed to a Lot will be mandated to participate in the call-off competition process for that Lot. The PEF will be for an intial period of 4 years with an option to extend for up to 2 years. The procurement documents are available for unrestricted and full direct access, free of charge, at (URL) https://ministryofjusticecommercial.bravosolution.co.uk/ This procurement is being conducted under the Light Tough Regime ('LTR') in accordance with regulations 74 to 76 Additional information: BravoSolution esourcing portal https://ministryofjusticecommercial.bravosolution.co.uk/ The procurement exercise will be run via the BravoSolution esourcing portal.
