Horsham District Council - Stray Dog Collection & Kennelling Service (RFQ)
Notice Description
Horsham District Council is inviting quotes from suitably qualified and experienced organisations for the provision of stray dog collection and kennelling services for the Horsham District. The Contract is scheduled to start on Wednesday 01 April 2020 for a period of 4 years, ending on Sunday 31 March 2024. The service is to operate 7 days a week between the following hours for the duration of the contract: Monday to Friday: 9.00 am - 5.30 pm Saturday: 10.00 am - 4.00 pm Sunday : 12.00 noon - 4.00 pm The Council is procuring this contract following an open quotation process under the Council's Procurement Code, and will be awarding one Contract for the provision of all services detailed in the Specification. Please see the document set for further information. Additional information: This quotation is to be completed electronically using the SE Shared Services Procurement eSourcing portal. In order to bid for this opportunity you will need to register your company on the SE Shared Services portal. https://www.sesharedservices.org.uk/esourcing/opportunities The SE Shared Services eSourcing portal provides a web-based tool that provides a simple, secure and efficient means for managing tendering and quotation activities reducing the time and effort required for both buyers and Potential Bidders.
