We expect our caterers to be versatile and responsive, with a clear marketing strategy, a strong social media presence, and who can demonstrate they keep up with the latest events trends, food styles, cuisines and dietary requirements. Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
