Colchester Borough Homes on behalf of Colchester Borough Council (the Council) wishes to commission a contractor to undertake the renewal of flat roofs at 1-20 Christopher Jolly Court (Approximately 660m2) and 1-15 Berefield Way (Approximately 250m2), which will include the temporary removal, storage and refitting of photo voltaic panels.
