Delivery of Training to Apprentices
Notice Description
whg require a training provider/s who can work in partnership with whg to plan, develop, manage and deliver exceptional standards of learning programmes, activities and qualifications to underpin our Kickstart Apprentice programme. whg is committed to being a great employer which recognises and rewards excellence. In line with its strategic aim, be an exceptional place to work that attracts, develops and retains talent we work to ensure our people can truly shine and reach their full potential. In line with the statement on Apprenticeship Quality 2013 (NAS) and apprenticeship standards, whg will work in line with the key features of a high quality apprenticeship, for example: the focus of an Apprenticeship is on equipping an individual with the new skills and learning they need for their job role. Training providers must work closely with the whg to ensure that the apprenticeship meets this requirement, and that the apprenticeship offered is the most appropriate for the job role, whilst reflecting individual employer and learner needs. All the apprentices will work from the offices at 100, Hatherton Street, Walsall WS1 1AB. The apprentice gas engineers, surveyor and plumber will eventually work off site across Walsall. We have twelve (12) apprentices we want to train and develop: Eleven apprentices will be new recruits to whg through the Kickstart apprenticeship programme and one apprentice is a colleague currently in post who is required to train in a new trade following a change in job role. Additional information: Please refer to the full ITT document for further details.
