Notice Description

Appointment of an appropriately experienced consultant to work in collaboration with RMBC to support the delivery of the masterplan for the proposed new mainline station. This arrangement is compliant under PCR regulation 12 (7) and the specific conditions this Regulation stipulates are met to enable the award a of public-public contract without carrying out a competitive process as follows: * The contract establishes or implements a co-operation between the participating contracting authorities with the aim of ensuring that public services they have to perform are provided with a view to achieving objectives they have in common; * The implementation of that co-operation is governed solely by considerations relating to the public interest; and * The participating contracting authorities perform on the open market less than 20% of the activities concerned by the co-operation.
