NOTE: This notice was updated on 03 July 2024 for the following reason: Please disregard question "Please complete our provided schedule of rates (address list) with individual front and back door prices (all excluding vat) and upload", which was included in error in Section 10 Tender Bid on the questionnaire.(Manned OOH Telephone No. Attend within 2 hours. Repair or make safe. If necessary provide heat source. Report details daily. To carry out all "Out of Hours" emergency repairs, covering circa 1800 properties and any additional properties acquired or built by the association during the term of the contract. The contract will cover a 24 month period with the possibility of a 24 month extension (subject to regular quality reviews).) Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
