Lot 1 - Services Upgrades (Water, Electric) Lot 2 - Footpaths/Driveways/Crossovers/Fixed access ramps Lot 3 - Fencing/retaining walls/boundary walls Lot 4 - Sub-structure/Concrete Flooring/Drainage/Air Source Heat Pumps (excavations only)
