Multi Provider Framework Agreement for Care, Support and Enablement Services 2023
Notice Description
Nottinghamshire County Council wish to appoint Providers under a 'Framework Agreement' to deliver Care, Support and Enablement (CSE) services across Nottinghamshire County. The type of services commissioned under the CSE Framework Agreement will: * Be delivered to people with a wide variety of CSE needs which may relate to their learning disability and/or mental health issues and/or autism diagnosis and/or physical disability and/or sensory disability. The CSE needs may be complex and individuals requiring support may present with challenging behaviour * Meet all levels of CSE needs from low level needs, for example, requiring 2 or 3 hours of support a week on an 'Outreach' basis, through to complex and forensic needs which may require, for example, intensive CSE services delivered by 2 or more staff (per individual) 24 hours a day in a Supported Living setting * Meet the needs of an individual, or group of individuals, on an Outreach basis * Meet the needs of an individual, or group of individuals, in Supported Living settings * Meet the CSE needs of people across the seven boroughs of Nottinghamshire; Ashfield, Bassetlaw, Broxtowe, Gedling, Mansfield, Rushcliffe, Newark and Sherwood. From time to time the Council may also commission CSE services outside of the County boundaries It is anticipated that the Framework Agreement will commence from the 4th of March 2023 and the initial term will end on the 31st of March 2027. There is an option to extend for up to a further 24 months. This procurement is being conducted in accordance with the Light Touch regime of Regulations 74-77 of the Public Contract Regulations 2015.
