Essex County Council (ECC) is putting in place a Framework for the provision of training venues to host Driver Training Courses which are delivered on behalf of SERP (Safer Essex Roads Partnership). ECC is seeking training venues in following 10 main areas of Essex - Braintree, Clacton, Harlow, Chelmsford, Brentwood, Basildon, Southend, Thurrock, Colchester, Maldon and as such the requirement is split into these 10 Nos. Lots. Please note that CPV Codes 55120000 and 5513000 apply to all Lots The duration of the Framework will be 36 months, with an option to extend for a further period of 12 months.
