The replacement of passenger lifts within housing properties
Notice Description
The replacement of a total of seven passenger lifts within the London Borough of Hillingdon's housing stock. These services are being tendered as two separate lots and contractors may tender for one or both lots. Hillingdon reserves the right to award contracts, if any, for one or both lots. Additional information: Tenders for this project are invited through the Council's e-tendering portal, www.capitalesourcing.com, and must be submitted through the same mechanism by the closing date. Late tenders will not be considered for acceptance. Tenders will be evaluated on the basis of the most economically advantageous tender and this will be determined by the application of weightings of 80% Pr ice and 20% Quality.
