South Lakeland District Council (the "Council") is seeking to award a Service Concession Contract to allow for the design, implementation, and operation of a high capacity innovative commercial public space Wi-Fi Network within the District of South Lakeland, as a service concession through access to specified assets belonging to the Council and Cumbria County Council.All expressions of interest, clarification questions and submissions must be via the Chest (www.the-chest.org.uk).Submission deadline is 19:00 8th April 2019
