The University has a requirement for water softener servicing to be undertaken twice a year - a minor service to be undertaken in March followed by a major service in September. The Contractor is required to complete both the major and minor services of all water softeners within a 6-week period. All work carried out under the contract must comply with The Water Supply (Water Fittings) Regulations 1999 and all subsequent amendments.
