BLTT Telephony Architect

Notice Description

Service provision is required to provide support as defined in the G-Cloud 11 framework under Lot 3, this will allow the MCA and HM Coastguard to determine a future services landscape and associated requirements for the Blue Light Technical Transformation Programme. The output of the programme will inform HMCG and the relevant MCA Directorates including IT and Commercial & Programmes of the required future services to enable them to undertake the appropriate procurement. This service provision request is for Telephony Architectural support to assist the Lead Technical Architect and the Programme Manager in delivery of the blue light data centre requirements and outcomes within a defined timeframe. The output will consist of the planning, set up, migration and testing of the future HMCG/MCA voice strategy, and any supporting works.
