Notice Description
Advance Northumberland (Developments) Ltd "Advance", is the Contracting Authority. and is seeking to appoint a contractor to deliver a project which comprises the design and new build construction of a 7 screen cinema ('shell' only) totalling c.30,000ft2 along with 2 retail units totalling c.6,000ft2, earthworks, retaining structures, primary utility infrastructure (diversions and connections), under croft car park and surface car park and landscaping on a site of approximately 1.4 acres located in Ashington, Northumberland.
