WCC - Supply and Support of Temporary Staffing Resources

Notice Description

The Council are seeking to procure a services contract (the "Contract") to provide a seamless and holistic Managed Service Programme Provider ("MSPP") solution to ("Temporary Workers") covering a wide range of categories and roles to the Council for up to seven (7) years. The Supplier will primarily operate as a 'Master Vendor' for Temporary Worker assignments requested by the Council's Hiring Managers, which will cover a diverse range of categories, specialisms and roles in recognition of the variety and number of services that the Council provides. However, the Supplier may act as a 'Neutral Vendor', where permitted by the Council, primarily to support the successful fulfilment of specialist, technical and 'hard-to-fill' roles. The contract has an initial term of four years with the option to extend by up to a maximum 36 additional months (7 years being the maximum term). Warwickshire County Council will be using its e-tendering system (In-Tend) for the administration of this procurement process and providers must register with the system to be able to express an interest. Once registered, all correspondence for this procurement process must be via the in-tend correspondence function. However, if you are unable to register with the website please email us at procurement@warwickshire.gov.uk The contract value stated in this notice includes for any as yet unknown increases in requirement over the life of the contract. To assist bidders, the current value of spend per annum is circa PS10M.
