Colchester Borough Council (the Council) wishes to commission installation of new utility bollards serving house boats moored on the King Edward Quay, Colchester. The works are generally replacement of the existing bollards and associated groundworks, including upgrading the water and electric supplies. The works are situated on adopted highway and all highway reinstatements will be to Essex County Council Highways Adoptable Standards. Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement. Responses must be submitted electronically through the Delta eSourcing portal.
