Colchester Borough Homes, acting as Contract Administrator, on behalf of Colchester Borough Council (the Council) wishes to commission a contractor to provide partial replacement and repair works to clay tiled pitched roof at Holy Trinity Church, Trinity Street, Colchester, Essex, CO1 1JN. The works required are re-roofing of the South Aisle and South Chapel, and associated repairs to the largely 14th & 15th Century Grade I listed former Parish Church within Colchester Town Centre. Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
