Leicestershire County Council Adult Social Care are seeking to tender a Community Learning Disability Occupational Therapy Service for the provision of assessment and support planning service for service provider's with learning disabilities and to identify the potential for greater independence through the use of aids, adaptations and technology which results in less reliance on paid support.
