Kent County Council have appointed Blackhawk Network EMEA Limited to provide closed loop pre-paid energy cards. These cards will be used to support people in need throughout the county with paying their energy bills and is funded by central government Household support funding. This was procured via Crown Commercial Services Framework RM6248 - Payment Solutions 2 using a mini competition'.
