LA Legal support re MCPs and PACS s256 Grant
Notice Description
This is a Grant agreement to covers NHS England making s256 grants to a number of local authorities in the vanguard sites, on condition that they pool those grant monies to purchase joint legal support collectively for themselves and for NHS England to support the development of a contract framework for use across the country. The legal resource would be purchased to undertake an analysis of, and advise on, the implications of the MCP/PACS Contract for local authority commissioning and duties.
