Notice Description

Bedford Borough Council invites quotations to provide the service of facilitating Bedfordshire Youth Offending Service's Bike Project. The project involves working with between 1 and 4 Young People at a time who are in receipt of support from the Youth Offending Service. The Young People are supported to learn bike maintenance skills, and restore used bikes which have been donated or recovered. These bikes are then donated to victims of bike crime, children within and outside the service whom are in need of transport for work or education, children referred from agencies in need of a bicycle e.g. Children's Services Teams, charities, and third sector organisations.
