School Aged Vaccination Services in Haringey and Islington - NHS England London region
Notice Description
NHS England London Region is inviting expressions of interest, via a PIN as a Call for Competition, from all suitably qualified and experienced healthcare providers able to deliver School Aged Vaccination Services under an NHS Standard Contract in the London boroughs of Haringey and Islington. Further details can be found in the documentation uploaded to the portal. The Contract will be for an initial period of 3 years (36 months). The initial period is followed by an optional extension period of up to 2 years (24 months) months. The estimated contract value for the initial 3 year period is PS1,109,304. The full, extended, 60 month contract is valued at approximately PS1,848,840. Please see documentation available online for further details. All contract value figures quoted are Ex VAT. The required start date for the new services is 1st September 2017. Expressions of interest must be submitted via the ProContract eTendering portal by no later than 23rd March 2017 at 16:00. This advertisement is a Prior Information notice (PIN) as a Call for Competition. This means that no further contract notice will be published for this contract. Providers interested in providing these services and who wish to be involved in any subsequent tender process related to this contract must respond to this advertisement by formally expressing an interest in this opportunity via the process described in the published documents. The Authority will, if one or more expressions of interest are received in response to this PIN, adopt a single stage procurement process under the Light Touch Regime. Should only one expression of interest be received, the Authority reserves the right to vary the procurement procedure and proceed via a negotiated procedure where it is confirmed that the provider in question meets minimum selection criteria. Following the expression of interest stage and the subsequent ITT stage, the Contracting Authority intends to award one contract for the services in question. Further information on the proposed structure of the contract is provided in the documentation made available online to interested parties on the e-tendering portal. The documentation is available online on the ProContract website at the link below. If you are not already registered on the portal you will need to register using the "Register" link on the web page provided. Please ensure that you leave enough time to register your organisation on the tendering portal which can take up to 24hrs. The Services to which this project relates fall within Schedule 3 to the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 (the Regulations). Neither the publication of the advertisement, the use of this stage, nor the use of the term 'Open Procedure' nor any other indication (including any statement in this advert or the ITT documentation) shall be taken to mean that the Authority intends to hold itself bound by any of the Regulations, save those applicable to procurements under the Light Touch Regime (LTR). Additional information: Please ensure that you leave enough time to register your organisation on the tendering portal which can take up to 24hrs. Interested Bidders must access the project documentation via the link provided and submit an Expression of Interest (EOI) response by completing the stipulated questionnaire on the e-Tendering portal 'ProContract' before the submission deadline.
