Award notice for the award of Batch of 25 wafers for the Science and Technology Facility Council (STFC) Justification of single sourcing action - HEXITEC is an existing STFC circuit design for which an optical mask set was generated under a previous order as NRE. * AMS hold the optical mask set that is used in the production of the circuits . * The optical mask set is specific to the AMS C35B4C3 process and cannot be transferred to another supplier. * Creating disproportionate technical difficulties
