****THIS IS AN AWARD NOTICE ONLY NOT A CALL FOR COMPETITION***** Brief Description of Requirement The Department for Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy had a requirement for to produce a review of international examples of where alternative appraisal and evaluation methods have been applied in developing, appraising, monitoring, and evaluating policy. The specific focus is on appraisal and evaluation practices in assessing the impact of regulatory practices on innovation. This will include a review of international best practice, how effective it has been, and potential lessons for HMG.
