Summary of the contracting process

The Forestry Commission is initiating a tender process for the "Lower Thames Crossing Scoping Study," aimed at environmental issues consultancy services. The Forestry Commission has a future opportunity for the delivery of a scoping study for a potential new forest in the Lower Thames Crossing. The Forestry Commission are holding a market engagement event to invite potential suppliers to hear more about this work and to find out more about the requirement. The purpose of the event is to inform potential suppliers of our intended requirement and tender process to ensure that industry standards and process have been considered in the writing of tender documentation. Time & Date of Event: 10:00 AM - Tuesday 16th April 2019 Location: Beaufort House, 15 St Botolph Street, London, EC3A 7DT Companies interested in attending should (by Friday 12th April 2019) notify the Procurement England team at procurement.england@forestryengland.uk to register for the event and receive further information.
