Notice Description

HEE SE is looking to procure access to a high-quality image sharing platform. Users [learners, educators/faculty and leadership] must be able to view, upload and store images. There must be simultaneous access for multiple users to view, manipulate and report on images. There needs to be ongoing technical support and quality control provided by the successful tendering organisation. The length of contract is 12 months with an opportunity to extend for an additional +12 months [2024/25], + 12 months [2025/26] pending confirmation of funding to allow this. The indicative budget is PS100,000 for the first financial year [until 26 March 2024]; the remainder is subject to funding. Detailed Requirements Functional Requirements Image storage: Ability to directly upload images, image data sets and videos from the whole range of diagnostic imaging modalities onto an image sharing platform. This should support full DICOM functionality. Automated anonymisation of images on point of upload i.e., no manual step. A supplier solution for 'burnt in' image pixel data, especially patient identifiable information Ability to save ultrasound images with 'burned in identifiers' removed Ability to switch on/off annotation [markers/measures etc: *To support sharing of cases with findings/diagnosis *To use images without annotations for teaching/exam purposes Ability to store cross sectional imaging stacks and data volumes Ability to remove images as determined by faculty/trainers Structured library with agreed taxonomy for image storage to support ready access to particular imaging modalities, anatomic regions, patient types [especially paediatric patients] or type of pathology. For reports to be uploaded anonymously as part of the examination data. The ability to hide exam preparation images, report and data. Extended request context [anonymised ERP extract] to be uploaded Without the need of assistance or action by the supplier, the ability for administrators to independently: Construct objective structured clinical examinations [OSCEs] and other tests for users Organise the image bank into folders, sub-folders, and categories based on body part/pathology/subject matter Further details and the tender documents can be download from the link below. https://health-family.force.com/s/Welcome
